虚拟企业中的合作模型

虚拟企业是为了快速满足市场需求而构建的动态组织结构.在虚拟企业中,核心企业通过选择能力互补的合作伙伴来实现其目标,否则,核心企业由于自身的能力限制而无法实现该目标,这样,伙伴之间的合作就成为虚拟企业成功运作的关键问题.本文在i-star框架模型基础上,提出以战略依赖关系来构建虚拟企业中的合作关系,其中合作伙伴以战略活动者相互合作,其间的合作关系表示为彼此的依赖关系.通过这些依赖关系,模型中的战略活动者可以构建成一种分层的、嵌套的体系结构,并在此基础上相互合作.本文通过一个虚拟企业实例来说明这种合作模型的构建.

Cooperation Model in Virtual Enterprises

Virtual enterprise, which is established to satisfy the requirements of market, is a one-off, dynamic distributed organization. The cooperation among the partners become a key aspect in the virtual enterprise. This paper proposes to use the strategic actor based on i-star framework model to construct the cooperation relationships in the virtual enterprise. The partners are treated as strategic agents and the cooperation among them are depicted as dependency relationships. Through dependency relationships, the actors in the model can form a hierarchical and federated architecture and cooperate with each other. At last an example from a virtual enterprise is given.
