| 摘 要： | 比较了手工及机器浸胶对Nomex纸蜂窝密度均匀性的影响程度，确定了机器浸胶对各种孔格、纸厚和高度的蜂窝块浸胶的最佳工艺参数；研究了蜂窝密度的控制方法，并推导出密度经验公式。结果表明：机器浸胶的蜂窝密度更均匀，其密度经验公式在生产中起到指导作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper the effect of dipping phenolic resin by hand and by machine on the density of Nomex honeycomb was discussed.The proper dipping parameter and a formula to predict the density were determined.The result shows that the density of honeycomb was more even in dipping by machine.The density formula may be practical in production. |
