DBD型臭氧发生器电源的频率跟踪移相PWM控制技术及其实现

摘    要:提出一种DBD型臭氧发生器电源频率跟踪移相PWM控制技术的实现方案.利用集成锁相环CD4046在锁定状态时第6,7脚输出的锯齿波与输入方波信号的稳定相位关系,用一给定直流电平与锯齿波作比较产生移相信号,达到频率跟踪移相PWM控制的目的.与其它的频率跟踪移相PWM控制技术实现方案相比较,该方案具有电路简单、实现容易等特点,实验结果证明了该方案的可行性和正确性.

Abstract:A frequency tracking phase shift PWM control strategy for DBD ozone generator is proposed in this paper.In this strategy,integrated phase locked loop CD4046 is used and the frequncy tracking phase shift PWM function is realized by comparing a given DC voltage and a sawtooth voltage in PIN 6 and PIN 7 of the CD4046 under the condition when CD4046 is on phase locked status.Compared with the other frequncy tracking phase shift PWM control strategy,the strategy based on CD4046 proposed in this paper has the characteristics of simpleness and easy to realize.The feasibility and validity of the strategy proposed in this paper is verified by the experimental results.
