摘    要:为了探讨分流比对油水分离旋流器基本性能的影响程度 ,描述了旋流器的分离效率、压力降和分流比等重要参数。通过分流比对分离效率以及分流比对压力降影响的试验与讨论 ,认为随着分流比F的增大 ,分离效率Ec 也逐渐增大 ,但当F上升至 2 0 %时 ,Ec 不再上升 ,F过大 ,Ec 反而下降 ,削弱了旋流器的工作性能 ;分流比F对溢流压降Δpio影响较显著 ,而对底流压降Δpiu影响不大 ,其中溢流压降Δpio随F的增加而增加 ,底流压降Δpiu存在随F的增加而下降的微小趋势。在操作中应综合考虑分离要求和经济性 ,从而确定最佳分流比Fc。

Abstract:The split ratio is one of the most important operational parameters of a hydrocyclone. In the process of the oily water separation, the split ratio F has notable influence on the separation efficiency E c and pressure drop. A newly designed liquid-liquid hydrocyclone was used to treat the oily water in Jiangsu Oilfield. It is found that there exists an optimal split ratio corresponding to high separation efficiency and low cost. The law of the influence of F on E c can be interpreted by means of the field determination of the velocity field. Both the overflow pressure drop ΔP io and the pressure drop ratio PDR increase with the increase of F. The relationship of PDR vs F and ΔP io vs F are worked out. F has slight influence on the underflow pressure drop.
