摘    要:研究了焊后热处理保温时间对12Cr2MoWVTiB钢的显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在其它条件不变的情况下,焊后热处理保温时间由原来1.5h缩短为1h,既可以满足其组织性能的要求,又缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:The effects of the holding time of the heat treatment after welding on microstructure and mechanical performance of 12Cr2MoWVTiB were studlied.The results show that when the other conditions don't change,to short the holding time of the heat treatment after welding form 1.5h to 1h can satisfy the specifications of microstructure and performace,and reduce the production period and cost.
