摘    要:应用灵活交流输电系统(FACTS)技术可对电力系统潮流进行灵活控制,从而充分发挥现有电力系统的潜力,其中统一潮流控制器(UPFC)是FACTS的重要组件之一。基于传统状态估计模型,通过利用UPFC的功率注入模型,将它对于状态估计的作用转移到所在线路的量测节点上,提出了计及UPFC的状态估计模型。该方法可以完整计及UPFC对电力系统的影响,同时能有效利用原有的状态估计算法程序。算例表明所提出的模型有效、可行,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:With the flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) technique, the power flow in the interconnected power systems can be controlled flexibly. Unified power flow controller (UPFC) is one of the most important components of FACTS. Based on the conventional power system state estimation model, a kind of model for state estimation with UPFC is introduced in this paper, in which power injection model is used and the effect of UPFC on the power flow is transferred to the two nodes of the corresponding transmission line. This method can be integrated to the conventional state estimation program with consideration of UPFC. The results demonstrate that the model is effective for practical use.
