| Abstract: | In this paper. the human error occurrence in programming, design, construction and operation of building structures is treated as a stochastic and fuzzy event. The model of the event occurrence is established. The method of the structural safety measure is discussed in detail in this study. An exmaple of analysis of a water tower under earthguake excitation is presented at the terminal. |
