聚醚氨酯的SAXS研究

摘    要:用X射线小角散射法(SAXS)研究PTMG/MDI/BDO体系聚醚氨酯的相分离现象.通过相分离程度DPS、Porod非均匀长度LP、软硬段的平均尺寸Ls、LH、相关函数Y(r)长周期L等微区结构参数,表明体系随硬段重量含量的增加,DPS降低,LH增大,Ls减少;说明在生成更大的硬段区同时溶进了更多的软段.

Abstract:The microphase separation of polyether-urethane composed of PTMG/ MDI/BDO as investigated by using small-angle X-ray scattering. The changes of structural parameters such as degree of phase separation(DPS), porod's non-uniform length(Lp),average length of soft-and hard-segments Ls,LH,correlation function Y(r), and long period L indicate that DPS and Ls decrease,but LH increases with increasing hard-segment component. These suggest that the larger hard domain content,the more soft-segment it contains.
