采用一种新的电容控制方法,就是采用聚丙烯膜的质量密度法测得的厚度作为电容设计的依据之一,然后通过对心子压装时施加一定压力,使电容得到有效控制。通过生产线对产品验证压力控制电容方法的有效性,以提升电容器心子制造水平。

Study on a New Controlling Method for Capacitance of Capacitor

This paper presents a new method to control capacitance,that is to measure the thickness of polypropylene films by the quality density method as one of the basis to design capacitance.Through exerting a certain pressure during the period of pressing the packet,the capacitance is controlled effectively.The validity of the method of control capacitance will be verified and the level of manufacturing of capacitor packet will be raised on the production line.
