| 摘 要： | 本文开发了基于工控机和步进电机运动控制器的经济型数控火焰切割机系统,介绍了系统的硬件构成和软件开发.数控软件采用开放式模块化设计思想,介绍了图形信息输入和加工模块的功能,设计了火焰切割气路系统和气路控制时序.实践应用表明该系统能满足火焰切割的要求.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the NC system of a flame cutting machine based on the industry personal computer and the stepping motor.The hardware and software of the system are outlined.It is an open and modular architecture. The gas system and its control sequence are also discussed. |
