河北省水土保持生态修复试点工作存在的主要问题及对策

河北省近两年来实施的生态修复试点工作表明。水土保持生态修复不仅是恢复和改善生态环境的重要措施，也是改善当地群众生产生活条件、调整农业生产结构、增加农民收入的重要手段，是促进农村生态经济可持续发展、加速治理水土流失的重要途径；近两年来，该省在生态修复工程建设中取得了一定的成绩，但也存在一些问题。现重点介绍了河北省生态修复工作的主要成效，指出了存在的问题，提出了相关的对策。

Problems and Countermeasures for Ecological Rehabilitation in Hebei

Two years' experiments in Hebei indicates that soil & water conservation and ecological rehabilitation is not only the important measures to rehabilitate and improve ecological environment but also effective measures to improve farmers' living condition and adjust agriculture pro duction structure hence increase farmers' income. It promotes sustainable agricultural and economic development and to speed up the control of soil & water erosion. In the past two years, Hebei has made some good progress in ecological and environmental rehabilitation; some issues were also recognized for further discussion. This article describes the main achievements of ecological rehabilitation in Hebei, the issues existed and recommendations to solve them.
