刚性高分子微孔精密过滤应用的设计探讨

摘    要:液体的精密过滤,采用新型刚性高分子微孔精密过滤工艺,只有进行正确的工程应用设计,才能正常发挥其高效过滤特性,否则可能事倍功半。该工艺应用于合成氨净化装置脱碳液、铜氨液过滤改造,由于工程设计合理,取得了良好的节能降耗效果。

Abstract:The filtration technology of macromolecular membrane can be applied to the advanced and microfiltration. However, it will not work properly unless it is designed in the right way. This technology has been successfully applied to decarbonizing in the purifying plant of synthetic ammonia and filtration of cuprammonium solution. Remarkable economic effect has been achieved because of the correct design.
