油鞣革预鞣工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了油鞣工艺中不同预鞣剂对油鞣革性能的影响。试验结果表明 :唑烷的鞣制结合速度快 ,油鞣革的抗张强度大 ,收缩温度高 ;有机磷GranafinFCC的渗透性好 ,鞣制作用温和 ,油鞣革的延伸率大 ,手感好 ,粒面舒展 ,收缩温度稍差 ;戊二醛的鞣革性能居于以上二者之间。比较油鞣革的综合性能 ,研究表明 :有机磷GranafinFCC较适合于油鞣革的预鞣 ,其最适用量为 1 0 %。

Abstract:The chamoising process and the affection of pretanning agents which are used in oil tannage were discussed. The tanning effect of oxazolidine is very good so that the leather is good at shrinking-point and tensile strength. Granafin FCC tanning effect is good so that the leather is good at elongation. The tanning power of glutaraldehyde are between the oxazolidine and Granafin FCC. By contrasting the functions of three pretanning agents ,the best pretanning agent is Granafin FCC and its suitable amount is 10%.
