| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述了地理信息技术在电信业设施管理中的系统解决方案，重点讨论了工程目标，系统各主要功能、系统的三层体系架构，数据管理，自定义控件等方面的内容，相信随着地信息技术的不断发展以及相关信息技术的不断进步，电信业乃至社会各行的信息化步伐将得以加快。
