多指标半结构性模糊群决策评价方法

摘    要:针对水利工程后的多指标半结构性评价问题,在工程模糊集理论基础上提出了将专家个人与群体意见综合的模糊评价方法,给出了有效的评价指标定量方法与专家意见和指标结果的集结方法,最终获得对方案的总评价值(或等级划分)。工程实例表明,该模型与方法在水利工程后评价领域中的优越性和有效性。

Abstract:Many assessments in water resources system such as post-assessment are multi-objective and semi-structural problems that include qualitative objectives and quantitative objectives.A fuzzy multi-objective semi-structural analysis assessment method is propose in this paper including the two above objectives and applied into post-assessment in water conservancy projects.Firstly,the qualitative objectives are determined by fuzzy group decision-making method.Then,a consolidation assessment method is given depending on the combination of the fuzzy recognition and fuzzy optimum model.Finally,a practical case shows that the methodology is reasonable and feasible.
