摘    要:介绍了复合固体超强酸催化剂SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3-V2O5的制备方法,用红外光谱、XRD、DSC—TGA、BET等多种方法对制备的催化剂进行表征。考察了催化剂制备条件如晶化温度、偏钒酸铵溶液浸渍前后焙烧与否以及V2O5的引入对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,在晶化温度-10℃、偏钒酸铵溶液浸渍前后分别焙烧后制备的SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3-V2O5催化剂具有最强的酸性和催化活性,用于乙酸正丁酯合成时酯化率达98.5%,并且有较高的稳定性。

Abstract:This paper introduced the preparation method of composite solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3-V2O5. And the catalysts were characterized by FT -IR, XRD, DSC -TGA and BET surface area. The effects of preparation conditions such as the aging temperature, calcination pre and post impregnation, and the introduction of V2O5 on catalytic activity were studied. The results showed that SO4^2-/ZrO2-Al2O3-V2O5 has higher superacidity, catalytic activity and stability by aging at - 10 ℃ and calcination pre and post impregnation. The esterification rate was up to 98.5% for synthesis of n - butyl acetate.
