摘    要:水土保持生态补偿是指对水土保持生态服务功能价值的补偿。本文以滦河流域潘家口水库上游地区为例,就潘家口水库与上游地区之间水土保持林草措施的涵养水源和保持土壤功能价值补偿进行研究,将分布式水文模型SWAT应用于水土保持生态补偿标准的核算中,模拟了2种情景下的水土保持林草措施涵养水源和保持土壤量,最后引入效益分摊系数计算不同情景潘家口水库对上游地区的补偿标准,为研究水库通过市场来实现水土保持生态补偿提供参考。

Abstract:The compensation of soil and water conservation in fact is compensation of the value of ecologi?cal services function of soil and conservation. In this paper the upstream area of the Panjiakou Reservoir in the Luanhe Basin was selected to study the compensation standard. The SWAT model is applied to compensation standard accounting of soil and water conversation for 2 senorios to analyze the amount of water and soil conservation of forests and grasses measure under different cases. The benefit apportion coefficient was utilized to account the compensation standard of the upstream area of the reservoir. The results provide reference to the research of ecological compensation of soil and water conservation through market.
