TIG焊小电流接触引弧控制电路的研究

摘    要:分析了TIG焊小电流接触引弧过程中瞬时短路电流,稳态短路电流,引弧电流及其变化率,钨极与工件之间的空间电场强度及其变化率对引弧性能的影响,重点介绍了一种TIG焊小电流接触引弧控制电路及工作原理。实际应用表明,电路设计合理,简单可靠,引弧性能良好,钨极损耗很小。

Abstract:The transient state short current,steady state short current,arc starting current and its rate of change,space electric field strength and its rate of change,which played important role in affecting low current touch arc starting performance,are analysed.Especially,the control circuit on the low current touch arc starting for TIG welding and its principle are introduced in detail.The practical application shows the control circuit is simple and reliable,the performance of low current touch arc starting is excellent,and the tungsten loss is very small.
