羧甲基纤维素接枝共聚物的制备及对铜离子的吸附性能

摘    要:通过接枝共聚制备羧甲基纤维素接枝聚丙烯酰胺(CMC-g-PAM)树脂,进而在碱性条件下水解制备阴离子接枝共聚物(CMC-g-APAM)型吸水树脂。采用静态法测定该阴离子性接枝共聚物对重金属离子的去除条件和去除效果。实验结果表明,该树脂对铜离子有很好的吸附脱除性能,脱除率可达95%,吸附容量可达2.2 mmol/g。采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS),扫描电镜(SEM)及X-射线衍射(XRD)表征了吸附铜离子后的共聚物,表明重金属铜离子在树脂上聚集存在,为非晶态。

Abstract:The anionic super absorbent resin was synthesized through carboxylmethyl cellulose(CMC) grafting polyacrylamide and then hydrolyzed.The structure of the resin was characterized by FT-IR.The resin was used as absorbent agent of heavy metal ion of Cu2 .The result shows that this kind of resin has strong absorbing ability to Cu2 .The deionization rate is high up to 95%,and the maximum absorbing volume is 2.2 mmol/g.The further analyses with XPS,SEM and XRD show that the copper ions congregate on the resin,but is not crystallized.This means that the resin can be used to treat the waste water with Cu2 .
