考虑摩擦力时的齿轮系统动力学分析

摘    要:根据齿轮啮合原理和齿面方程,从Lagmnge方程出发,并考虑到轮齿啮合摩擦力对系统的影响,建立了直齿圆柱齿轮转子一轴承系统的弯扭耦合动力学方程,并用数值方法求解了系统的多自由度时变非线性微分方程,求出了在扭转激励下,系统的弯扭振动响应,为系统的动态分析做了理论准备。

Abstract:According to the meshing theory and equation of involute tooth profile,and considering the influence of friction force of gears-meshing on the system,a bearing-rotate coupled dynamic equation was established based on Lagrange equation.The large degrees of freedom time-variable non-linear differential equation of the system was solved with numerical method and the respond of bearing-rotate vibration under torsional excitation was given.
