基于单片机专用铣床控制系统的设计与分析

摘    要:控制系统是数控铣床的核心,它用于实现输入数字化的零件程序,完成输入信息的存储、数据的变换和插补的运算,从而实现各种控制功能。专用铣床控制系统的设计必须考虑软硬件的匹配,其设计必须从经济、实用、可行等诸多方面实现。以PIC单片机为主体实现的控制系统,在硬件设计上易于实现有效的控制功能,结构相对简单;在软件设计上,通过插补程序的编制,相对容易地实现对铣床的运行方向和运行速度等方面的控制,因此该控制系统在专用数控铣床中得到了广泛的应用。

Abstract:Computer control system is the hardcore of milling machines,which is applied to input digital parts program,memory the inputted information,transform data and interpolate operation so that it could realize all kinds of controlling functions.The design of the special milling machine CNC system must be taken consideration into the matching of hardware and must be realized from economic,practical and feasible aspects.The control system with PIC MCU was taken as the main body,which was prone to realize the effective control function in the hardware design and the construction is relatively sim-ple.On the software design,the CNC system can realize the control to the running direction and speed of the milling machine by the formation of interpolation,so that it is applied widely in the special milling machines.
