子午线型单层网壳在大型储罐顶盖应用中的规范执行问题

针对国内石油化工行业大型储罐固定顶盖广泛应用的子午线型穹顶单层钢网壳所采用的设计规范之间存在着衔接上的空缺点,特别是在网壳结构设计的安全系数取值上存在着较大差异的问题进行了分析讨论,提出对于储罐顶盖采用子午线型穹顶单层钢网壳及其它各类网壳时,应以网壳结构设计规范为主,合理取用安全系数。

Problem of Design Specification Application for Single-layer Meridian Dome Used in Large Storage Tank Roof

For the gaps of different design specification for large storage tank fixed roof widely used in single-layer meridian dome in domestic petroleum and petrol-chemical industry,especially currently existing differences in evaluation of safety factor for dome structure design have been analyzed and discussed.It have also been put forward that the latticed shell specification shall govern to take safety factor properly in design of storage tank fixed roof with single-layer meridian dome and other type dome.
