摘    要:文章针对燃油锅炉油喷嘴雾化效果差、油枪滴油和油枪及炉膛受热面结焦、喷嘴破口、油枪需要频繁拆卸清洗等运行故障,分析了燃油锅炉油喷嘴的雾化效果和影响参数,提出了改进油喷嘴运行状况的一些措施,使燃油锅炉的运行质量和效率都得到了提高。

Abstract:During the oil fired boiler operating, there are so many problems about the bad atomizing and oil drop of oil spray nozzles, the oil coke forming on the nozzles and the boiler heating wall, the rupture of nozzles and the frequent unload for cleaning of the nozzles, this paper analyses the atomizing effects of nozzles and its effecting parameters and proposes some improving measures about the oil spray nozzles, both the operating quality and the efficiency of the oil-fired boiler are improved.
