摘    要:试样经 70 %乙醇水溶液分离可溶性单糖和低聚糖后 ,于 10 0℃下的 2 5mol/LH2 SO4溶液中回流水解 90min ,使活性多糖 (β D 聚葡萄糖 )水解成葡萄糖 ,在自动电位滴定仪上与定量的碱性Cu2 +标准溶液进行氧化还原滴定 ,由此测定灵芝菌丝粉活性多糖 ;合并预分离的可溶性单糖和低聚糖 ,以相同方法滴定总糖。该方法的精密度、回收率分别为 0 5 %~ 0 7%、98%~ 10 0 1% ,明显优于高效液相色谱法和可见光吸光光度法的精密度与回收率

Abstract:Samples of ganoderma lucidum mycelium(GLM) were treated with 70% alcohol solution to separate water soluble saccharides from polysaccharide, then dissolved in 2 5mol/L H 2SO 4 solution at 100℃ for about 90minutes Product, glucose broken from bio active polysaccharide in GLM, was determined by automatic potentiometric titration based on oxidation reduction reaction End point in the titration can be determined at potential of about 0 26V vs SCE
