| 摘 要： | 某3层工业厂房底层布置有多台冲压机,在投产几年后发现在屋面梁、板表面出现大量裂缝,曾疑似振动所致。但经实测和分析屋面和楼面的振动加速度,结合屋面梁、板表面的裂缝的位置,走向,裂缝形态等信息,判断该屋面梁板开裂的主要原因是温度及混凝土的自收缩,而不是结构的受迫振动。

| Abstract: | A lot of punches were furnished on the ground floor of a three-fly industrial workshop building,a lot of cracks were found on the surface of root beam and slab after put into production several years,these cracks once were considered due to forced vibration.But by actual measured and analyzed the vibrating acceleration of roof and floor,as well as, analyzed the location,trend and aspect of the cracks,we estimated the main reason of roof beam and slab cracking wasn't due to forced vibration of structure,but due to temperature stress and concrete shrink. |
