摘    要:同步技术是Inmarsat卫星通信系统的关键技术,下行链路初始同步是MES与卫星系统之间建立联系的重要一步。为实现MES快速稳定入网,提出了一种下行链路初始同步的方法。该同步方法已经在移动卫星通信终端上实现,并已商业化应用。应用结果表明,该方法稳定可靠,终端能快速注册入网,可为我国自主研制的卫星系统终端的设计和研究提供参考。

Abstract:Synchronization technology is the key technology of Inmarsat satellite communication system.The initial synchronization of the downlink is an important step in establishing a link between the MES and the satellite system.In order to achieve fast and stable MES access to the network,a method for initial downlink synchronization is proposed.This synchronization method has been implemented on MES and has been applied commercially.The application results indicate that the method is stable and reliable,and the terminal can quickly register and enter the network,which can provide a reference for the design and research of satellite system terminals independently developed in China.
