| 摘 要： | 针对回转类零件的结构及加工特点,建立了基于特征的全局统一数据模型及在该模型上实现的回转类零件CAD／CAM集成系统的系统结构,以及以该模型为基础的设计制造支持软件体系,构造了基于工业PC机的开放式数控系统的控制软件和应用软件体系框架,并实现了基于开放式数控系统的回转类零件的集成化制造。

| Abstract: | It is very important to solve the CIM problem of mechanical components, and then to improve the flexibility and efficiency of manufacturing. According to the charactoristics of rotational parts, this paper fully expounds a feature based global consolidate data model. Upon this model,a CAD/CAM integration system of these parts and a DM software system are also discussed, and control and application software framework of the industrial PC computer based open architectural CNC system is built, so the CIM of these parts may be carried out. |
