稀土钢连铸喂丝工艺存在的问题及对策

摘    要:稀土钢连铸中间包和结晶器喂丝,生成的稀土氧化物使中间包覆盖剂、结晶器保护渣的使用性能发生变化,稀土夹杂物容易导致水口堵塞、结瘤。针对这些问题,建议研究开发稀土钢连铸专用中间包覆盖剂和结晶器保护渣,同时采取适当的措施防止水口结瘤的产生。

Abstract:The rare earth oxides generating in the process of feeding the clad wire into the tundish and mold in continuously casting the rare earth treated steel are always the key factor for the chemical property rariations in the tundish covering flux and mold flux and the main cause to the nozzle blockage. In light of those problems it is strongly recommended that special tundish covering flux and mold flux be researched and developed for continuously casting rare earth treated steel, and in the meanwhile proper measures be taken to prevent against possible nozzle blockage.
