| 摘 要： | 温度测量是低温工程的一个重要的研究方面，介绍了一种新型超导传感器的研制方法与标定使用过程。超导传感器具有精度高，响应快等特点。并且，将其用于超流氦的热波测量等实验中，证明了其可用性，不失为低温测量的一种新的方法。

| Abstract: | Temperature measurement is one of the important aspects in cryogenic researches.In this paper the development and calibration of a new type superconductor sensor are introduced.This sensor has such advantages as high sensitivity and small response time.And its application to the thermal wave measurement in He II proves usable.Thus,the application of this kind of sensor is a supplementary method to cryogenic measurement. |
