静电绘图机潜像头的设计及馈电技术的研究

摘    要:阐述了静电绘图机打印头采用双烈潜像针交错排列的结构,不仅有效地提高了潜像针间的绝缘强度,克服了因湿度大引起相邻潜像针之间的放电,而且提高了打印线条的光滑度,另外,采用分时馈电方法,有效地减少了驱动器的数量,简化了结构,降低了成本,经装机测试,此设计可使Ao幅面的绘图速度达到30mm/s。

Abstract:This paper mainly exponds the usage of the interlaced structure of two columns latent needles on the electrostatic plotter printhead. The method not only effectively improves the insulating intensity among latent needles and overcomes the discharge between adjacent latent needles caused by the large humidity, but also enhances the smoothness of the printed lines. Morever, the adoption of the time-sharing feed method effectively reduces the number of the drivers, simplifies the structure and decreases the cost. Load-and-test has proved that the design makes the plotting speed reach 30?mm/sec of size A 0.
