摘    要:把转炉炼钢系统视为灰色系统,并以酒钢50t LD转炉生产数据为基础,建立了脱磷、脱硫的灰色系统数学模型,进而编制了线性多目标规划优化程序,确定出酒钢转炉脱磷、脱硫同时优化的工艺条件。检验结果表明,该灰色模型具有良好的适用性,且精度较高。

Abstract:On the basis of the production data from a 50t LD in Jiu Steel a grey system math model is built up by taking the converter steel-making system as a gray system. Further more an optimized program of linear multi-objective plan is worked and the technology conditions for simultaneous optimization of Dephosphorization and Desulphurization in the converters in Jiu Steel determined. Test Results indicate that this gray system model is of higher adaptability and accuracy.
