| 摘 要： | 行政腐败已成为一个严重的社会问题。弄清原因，采取对策，是当务之急。当前腐败泛滥的根本原因是：人民群众缺乏足够的选举权、知情权、监督权和罢免权等，腐败分子形成强势集团。只有进行政治体制改革，扩大人民主权，才能取得反腐败斗争的根本胜利，才能保证国家的长治久安。

| Abstract: | Administrative corruption has become one of the most serious social problems in China. It is a chief task to make dear the causes for corruption and to take countermeasures. The fundamental causes for current corruption is that the masses have not enough fights of election, knowledge, supervision and dismissal, and the corrupted form advantageous groups. Only through the reform and innovation of political system to entitle the masses to more power, can the battle against corruption be won and can the lasting stability and durable peace in China be guaranteedo |
