银锌渣制备高纯氧化铋除铅银的研究

摘    要:银锌渣经HCl-NaClO3-NaCl 溶液浸取得到BiCl3 溶液, BiCl3 溶液中的Pb2+和Ag+含量分别高达1371.4 mg/L 和46.1 mg/L。在此BiCl3 溶液中, 采用银锌渣除Pb2+ 、Nal 除Ag+, 当银锌渣除铅条件为液固比10∶1、起始pH 值0.3~0.4、搅拌速度1 000 r/min、反应时间不超过15 min、加入NaI 的量为理论量的1.2~1.4 倍除银铅时, 溶液中的Pb2+和Ag+降到1 mg/L 左右, 将除Pb2+ 、Ag+后的BiCl3 溶液水解、转化可以制得高纯Bi2O3

Abstract:Bi2O3 solution was obtained by leaching silver-zinc slag with HCl-NaClO3-NaCl solution.Pb2+ and Ag+ were up to 1 371 mg/L and 46.1 mg/L in BiCl3 solution respectively.Pb2+ and Ag+ in the solution were removed respectively by silverzine slag and NaI.Pb2+ and Ag+ in the solution were decreased to about 1 mg/L under the conditions that the mass ration of BiCl3 solution to silver-zine slag was 10∶1;the intial pH, 0.3~0.4;the agitation speed, 1 000 r/min;the reaction time, no more than 15 mins;and the addition amount of NaI, 1.2~1.4 times of the theoretical amount.High purity Bi3O2 was prepared from the deleaded and desilvered BiCl3 solution by hydrolysis and conversion.
