伞式水轮发电机组异常振动原因的查找及其处理

某水电厂伞式机组自投运起振动一直偏大而得不到有效的控制。经过一年多的运行，机组的振动摆度严重超标，以至威胁到安全运行。经过对该机组振动测试，查明了引起异常振动的原因，并提出了相应的处理意见。根据建议，电厂在大修中发现并消除了某些部件存在的缺陷。通过处理，该机组的振动状态达到了优良水平。本文简要地对该机组异常振动的原因进行了分析，并简单介绍了查找处理故障的过程。本次处理机组异常振动的成功经验，对于同一类机组的安装检修工作具有一定的参考价值。

Analysis and Disposal of Anomalous Vibration of Umbrella Hydrogenerator Unit

Vibration of Umbrella Hydrogenerator Unit in a Hydropower Station had been excessive since it was put into operation,and without an effective method to reducing it.After running for a year,vibration of this Hydrogenerator Unit is too severe to run safely.The cause of severe vibration was found out and some methods of resolution were brought forward after a vibration test for this Unit was been done.On the base of data from the Unit vibration test,technicians of the Hydropower Station found out some objections existing in this Hydrogenerator Unit in an overhaul.After these matters being cleared up,vibration of this Hydrogenerator Unit was reduced,and it run stably now.This paper introduces the cause of anomalous vibration and the means of disposal briefly.The experience of dealing successfully with anomalous vibration of Umbrella Hydrogenerator Unit gaves an useful reference for work during installation and maintaintion of the same type of Hydrogenerator Unit.
