| 摘 要： | 全球化是一种全方位的历史进程和叙事模式,全球化的市场竞争本质上是以科技创新为核心的竞争。通过分析世界经济科技发展的历史,说明了科技创新需要文化创新的支持。进一步地分析了我国传统文化对于创新的负面影响,阐明了创新文化的建设应从制度变革、思想解放、真理追求和包容文化环境的营造这4个方面入手。

| Abstract: | The globalization is one kind of omni-directional historic course and the narrative pattern.The globalization market competition essentially is taking the technical innovation as the core competition.Through the analysis of world economics science and technology development history,it shows that the technical innovation needs the support of cultural innovation.Further,our country traditional culture is analyzed regarding the innovation negative influence.It is expounded that the innovation culture construction should be obtained from four aspects:the system transformation,the ideological liberation,the truth pursuit and the construction that contains culture environment. |
