Security Test and Evaluation on Auditorium of Certain Military College

The problem of structure's lifespan gradually becomes a popular issue in the civil engineering field as the construction's serving time and old structure's numbers increase. In our country, works as check and measure, appraisal and assessment on damnification and damage of structures start comparatively late,and security evaluation standards on existing structures need improvement. Combined with the experience of security evaluation on an auditorium of certain military college in Chongqing, the article expatiates on the construction's test and evaluation procedures,characteristics,items and main contents,emphasizing that endurance is the main influencing factor of construction's lifespan.
