摘    要:介绍了MC催化氧化过程规律;从催化荆体系的改进、新型溶剂体系的开发、反应器构型和配套设施的改进、富氧氧化技术的开发等方面综述了近年来MC技术的发展;探讨了MC液相催化氧化技术应用范围的拓展以及MC液相催化氧化过程的发展方向。

Abstract:The progress of studies and applications on MC catalysis oxidation process is summarized. Regarding p - xylene liquid phase oxidation, the catalytic mechanism of MC catalysis oxidation reaction is introduced, and the reaction and kinetics characteristics of MC catalysis process are discussed in detail. Improvement and development of MC technology in recent years are reviewed in terms of improvement of MC catalyst system, development of the new - type solvent system, improvement of the reactor type and auxiliary facilities, and the adoption of oxygen - rich oxidation etc. Finally, the future direction of MC process development is discussed.
