炼钢粉尘回收轧机用热轧辊辊套材料的研制

摘    要:开发了4种成分不同的Cr-Mo-V系炼钢粉尘回收轧机用工作辊辊套材料,通过临界点及连续转变曲线测定、热处理工艺筛选、深冷淬火试验以及显微组织与力学性能分析等确定了热轧辊辊套材料的最佳成分与热处理工艺。结果表明:该材料具有良好的淬硬性、淬透性、耐磨性能及优良的高温使用性能,其综合性能指标超过国外同类产品。

Abstract:The work roll sleeve material for melted steel powder reclaiming rolling mill has been developed, the melted steel powder is from 4 kinds of different chemical compositions of Cr-Mo-V series material. Through the determination of the critical point and transition curve, filtration of the heat treatment process, deep cold quenching test and the analysis of the micro-structure and mechanical property, the optimized composition and the heat treatment process for the hot roll sleeve material have been defined. The results shows that this material has better hardenability, quenching degree, wearable performance and the better high temperature utility performance, the integration performance of which has been exceeded the similar product at abroad.
