摘    要:从宏观、微观、工作环境、腐蚀机理、连接结构及选材等方面分析讨论了加氢装置高压反应空冷器出口下法兰管线焊缝发生开裂的原因 ,指出焊缝热影响区硬度偏高、焊接质量较差等原因导致了应力导向氢致开裂。对相应对策也进行了介绍。

Abstract:The causes of weld cracking of the outlet pipeline flange of air cooler in high-pressure hydro-processing unit were analyzed in respect of micro and macro structures, service environment, corrosion mechanisms and connection construction. It was found out that the higher hardness of the heat affected area, low-quality welding and residue stress, etc had resulted in stress oriented hydrogen induced cracking (SOHIC). The countermeasures were discussed.
