| 摘 要： | 伴随着国家"一带一路"倡议的推行,国有企业正面临着前所未有的机遇,一方面"一带一路"沿线国家矿产资源丰富,另一方面国内矿业市场空间有限,国有企业必须走出去开拓广阔的国际矿业市场。鉴于矿业市场上下游产业链较长,本文以国际大宗矿产品贸易市场为切入点,综合归纳市场上风险成因及表现,围绕货物转移和货款收付两个环节,深入分析国有矿业公司在开展进出口贸易业务中存在的法律问题,并立足于海外风险合规管理的需要,从实证的角度提出建立一套完备的事前防范、事中控制、事后补救有序衔接、有效应对的法律风险防范机制。
