摘    要:针对现有偏心测量方法存在的系统及模型复杂、多路信号需要同步整周期采样的问题,提出基于误差迭代的旋转机构偏心测量方法,搭建了转子 感应器 传感器系统物理模型,建立了偏心测量的理论模型,并在LabVIEW平台下实现了该方法。以飞机襟翼驱动器输入驱动系统为模拟测试对象,3种恒定转速下转子偏心距测量误差分别为2.3%、3.5%、2.2%,验证了模型和方法的准确性。

Abstract:For the problems of existing eccentricity measuring method systems sand model with complexities,multiple signals needed to synchronize integer period sampling,a rotating mechanism eccentricity measuring method was proposed,and the physical model of rotor-hexagonal sensor-sensor system was set up.theoretical model of eccentricity measurement was established,and the eccentric measurement method was realized in the LabVIEW platform.Aircraft flap actuator input drive system was as the test object,measured eccentric parameters under three kinds of constant speeds,and the measurement errors of the eccentricity are as 2.3%,3.5%,2.2% respectively.The accuracy of the model and the method was verified.
