亚太天然气供需格局下的中国天然气安全形势及应对策略

随着中国、日本、韩国、印度等亚太地区主要天然气消费国能源结构的不断调整和天然气消费量的持续攀升,亚太地区天然气供需格局日趋紧张。在此背景下,中国天然气安全供给形势不容乐观,主要表现为:天然气进口依赖程度加深,安全供给存在地缘政治风险;进口天然气被动接受定价,贸易环节面临严峻挑战;天然气供给潜力不足,国外资源获取能力尚显不足。为提升中国天然气安全供给能力,中国应深化与周边国家的管道天然气合作,加快LNG进口来源多样化;争取亚太地区天然气定价权,提升天然气贸易主导权;防控天然气消费增长井喷,加快形成天然气调峰储备体系。

China's natural gas safety situation and coping strategies under the Asia-Pacific natural gas supply and demand pattern

s: Along with the continuous adjustment of energy structure and the growth of natural gas consumption in various Asia Pacific countries such as China, Japan, Korea and India, the supply and demand pattern of natural gas in the Asia Pacific region is becoming more and tenser. In this context, China"s natural gas security is facing a threat, the import dependence of natural gas is deepened, and the security supply has geopolitical risks; imported natural gas is passively priced, and the trade links face severe challenges; the potential of natural gas supply is insufficient and the control ability of overseas resources is weak. To improve the supply capacity of natural gas in China, China should deepen the pipeline natural gas cooperation with the surrounding countries and accelerate the diversification of the LNG import sources, strive for the natural gas pricing power in the Asia Pacific region, enhance the dominant power of natural gas trade, prevent and control natural gas consumption and increase blowout, and accelerate the formation of natural gas peak shaving reserve system.
