摘    要:鉴于风电叶片截面形状和铺层结构的复杂性,推导了叶片疲劳试验过程中的加载弯矩分布计算方法,实现了对叶片危险区段校验的目的,也规避了叶片部分截面超载的风险;同时,通过测试手段获取被测叶片的真实参数,避免了叶片实物与叶片设计参数误差而导致的试验载荷不确定性,提高了试验的可靠性和可信度。

Abstract:In view of the complexity of wind turbine blade cross-section shapes and laminate structures, a calculation method of load moment distributions in the blade fatigue tests were deduced to avoid the risks of blade section overloading and the checking purpose for the dangerous sections of the blades were realized. At the same time, the real parameters of the measured blades were obtained by means of the test method, which avoids the test load uncertainty caused by the parameter errors of the real blades and designed blades, and improves the reliability of the tests.
