| 摘 要： | 文章以数控机床为对象,研究了实例与规则协调工作的故障诊断专家系统.规则、案例在数据库中与数控机床的功能结构结合并分别存储,在推理中混合执行.规则是对实例的归纳总结.克服了规则获取难的缺点,在诊断中规则又指导实例,使得故障快速定位,提高了诊断的效率.同时文章以JSP为开发语言,采用Spring+hibernate+Struts2架构,开发了基于B/S模式的数控机床故障诊断系统,具有较好的诊断功能.
