摘    要:砂轮修整是实现高精高效磨削、精密复杂型面磨削、自动化智能化磨削的关健.首先,不同于传统的串联结构砂轮修整器结构,提出了一种基于并联机构的三自由度砂轮修整器,描迷了其运动功能与工作原理;其次,针对提出的砂轮修整器结构,对其运动学特性进行了分析,求出其机构运动学正解和反解的表达式;最后,通过刚柔耦合动力学仿真,并与刚体动力学仿真结果进行对比,结果表明,其能满足砂轮修整运动功能要求和运动精度要求.
