高速立式加工中心动态特性分析及结构改进

摘    要:利用ANSYS Workbench软件对高速立式加工中心整机进行模态和谐响应分析,获得了感兴趣频段的固有频率.通过对整机各阶模态振型进行分析,找到了整机结构的薄弱环节,并据此对整机结构进行改进,改进后整机的动态性能明显要优于原整机,为进行机床结构的优化设计指出了改进的方向.

Abstract:The modal Analysis and harmonic response analysis of the high-speed vertical processing center are studied by ANSYS Workbench,and the order of natural frequencies we need are obtained.Through the analysis of the modal characteristics of this machine tools,its relative weaker parts are pointed.The structure of the machine tools was improved acording to the analysis results.The dynamic characteristics of the improved structure are apparently better than that of the original design.The improving suggestion for...
