摘    要:针对交流提升机电控在外电路联锁上虽然预留一个提升信号接口,但存在井口操作人员不发工作信号提升机仍可低速开动。以及电控没有与各中段安全门、摇台的闭锁功能的问题。通过技术改造及安全闭锁的完善。使各中段安全门、摇台、井口信号与提升机闭锁,满足了GB-16424—1996(金属非金属地下矿山安全规程》有关规定。大大提高了提升机安全运行的可靠性。

Abstract:Although there is an elevating signal interface in external circuit interlocking unit,the elevator can run with a low speed even there is no operation signal from the shaft top,and the elevator can not interlock with the middle emergency exit and cradle. Through technical improvement in safety interlocking,the elevator can be interlocked with the middle emergency exit,cradle and shaft top signal. Now the electrically operated safety interlocking unit can meet the requirement of Safety Regulations of Metal and Nonmetal Underground Mines,and greatly improve the operation reliability of elevators.
