聚苯乙烯/粘土纳米复合材料研究进展

摘    要:介绍了采用各种插层荆插层处理蒙脱土并用插层聚合、熔融插层法制备聚苯乙烯/粘土纳米复合材料及其结构特性、性能的研究进展.并对乳液聚合法制备聚苯乙烯/粘土纳米复合材料及其性能进行了简单介绍。

Abstract:In this paper, studies on polystyrene(PS)/clay nanocomposites prepared by intercalation polymerization using different intercalation agents, polymer intercalation and the structure and properties of the obtained PS/clay nanocomposites in recent years were reviewed. Intercalation agents which can react with clay, has similar structure or/and can copolymerize with styrene were widely studied. The layer structures of clay dispersed in PS matrix, thermal and mechanical properties of the obtained nanocomposites were studied by many researchers. Although with low polarity, the preparation of exfoliated PS/clay nanocomposites were briefly presented. Also studies on PS/clay hybrids prepared via emulsion intercalation polymerization of styrene with pristine montmorillonite has been briefly introduced.
