那吉水电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机的设计

摘    要:那吉水电站装有3台单机容量为22MW的灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组。该电站发电机组的设计结合东芝技术,充分考虑了电站特点和机组特性,在保证机组安全稳定运行的前提下,对发电机安装、调试及维护检修的方便性也给予了充分考虑。该电站各机组自投运以来运行稳定,发电机的各项性能参数均满足设计要求,其中定转子、轴承温升比合同保证值均有较大的裕度。

Abstract:Naji hydropower station has three bulb hydrogenerators with unit capacity of 22MW. Combined withe Toshiba technology the design of the hydrogenerators in the hydropower station sufficiently considers the characteristics of hydropower station, unit features as well as convenience in installation, debugging, maintenance and repair. Satisfied design effects are obtained through parameter optimal selection and structure optimization. All units of the hydropower station are operated stably after being put into operation, all performance indexes meet the design requirements, wherein the stator and rotor as well as beating temperature rise has greater margin than the guarantee value in the contract.
