摘    要:对磁性掺锑二氧化锡纳米超强酸催化剂进行了合成研究,采用XRD、TEM、IR对纳米磁性固体催化剂样品进行表征,结果说明,该方法合成的纳米微粉具有十分完好的晶体结构,催化剂在波长1403、1154、1042和941cm-1处均有吸收峰出现,说明催化剂中形成了类似于硫酸盐中的S=O键和类似于有机硫酸酯中的高共价S=O键。利用Hammett指示剂法对固体超强酸进行了酸强度表征,酸强度H0〈-13.8,酯化率为93%。

Abstract:The synthesis of a magnetic Sb-doped SnO2 superacid catalysts was investigated, and the corresponding prop- erties were characterized by XRD, TEM, IR and TG. XRD and TEM. The results showed that the nano-powder synthe- sized has a crystal structure which is very important to solid catalysts. The IR analysis indicated the absorption peak were at wavelengths 1403, 1154, 1042 and 941cm-1, suggesting that the catalyst loaded with sulfuric acid radicals contains S= O that was similar the high covalent bond S=O in organic compound sulfate, which is an important condition for the for- mation of superacid. The Hammett indicator law was employed to measure the acid strength of solid super acids, which was up to H0〈-13.8 and the ratio of esterification of the catalyst was more than 93%.
